Scheduled - Recharge will undergo required maintenance on Saturday, March 22, 2025 between 10:00 PM ET and 11:00 PM ET, resulting in up to 5 minutes of service disruption to the Recharge application. During this time, you cannot process transactions or access your merchant portal. Additionally, your customers will experience temporary unavailability of their customer portals. This maintenance is required by our service provider to improve stability and performance, and we’ve scheduled at a time to minimize impact to our merchants.

Throughout the scheduled maintenance, we’ll post updates to our status page so merchants can stay up to date. As always, our support teams are available 24/7 and can assist with any questions during this time.

As a workaround in the interim, customers billed through Shopify will be redirected to Shopify to update their details. Customers billed through Recharge will be able to update their payment method using a form in the Customer Portal.
