Scheduled - Recharge will undergo required maintenance on Saturday, January 18, 2025 between 10:00 PM ET and 11:00 PM ET, resulting in up to 15 minutes of service disruption to the Recharge application. During this time, you cannot process transactions or access your merchant portal. Additionally, your customers will experience temporary unavailability of their customer portals. This maintenance is required by our service provider to improve stability and performance, and we’ve scheduled at a time to minimize impact to our merchants.

Throughout the scheduled maintenance, we’ll post updates to our status page so merchants can stay up to date. As always, our support teams are available 24/7 and can assist with any questions during this time

Update - Shopify has identified an issue that was resulting in duplicate subscriptions orders showing on some store, for more details see https://www.shopifystatus.com/incidents. We have rolled out a workaround and resolved this issue for impacted Recharge stores and are working to update all impacted customer accounts.
