Recharge will undergo required maintenance on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 10:00PM ET to 10:10PM ET, resulting in up to 10 minutes of service disruption to the Recharge application. During this time, your access to the merchant portal will remain uninterrupted; however, certain functionalities within the portal may experience limitations. This may affect your ability to view customer updates, send or queue customer emails, and potentially process transactions. Your customers will still have access to their customer portal, but they may also encounter some limitations in functionality. This maintenance is required by our service provider to improve stability and performance, and we’ve scheduled at a time to minimize impact to our merchants.
Throughout the scheduled maintenance, we’ll post updates here on our status page so merchants can stay up to date. As always, our Support team is available 24/7 and can assist with any questions during this time.
