Recharge will undergo required maintenance on Saturday, October 21, 2023 between 11:00 PM ET and 12:00 AM ET, resulting in up to 5 minutes of service disruption to the Recharge application. During this time, you will not be able to process transactions or access your merchant portal. Additionally, your customers will experience temporary unavailability of their customer portals. This maintenance is required by our service provider to improve stability and performance, and we’ve scheduled at a time to minimize impact to our merchants.

Throughout the scheduled maintenance, we’ll post updates to our status page so merchants can stay up to date. As always, our Support team is available 24/7 and can assist with any questions during this time.
