Recharge will undergo maintenance on Saturday, September 13, 2025 between 10:00 PM ET and 11:00 PM ET, with up to 5 minutes of temporary service disruption. During this window, transactions and merchant portal access will be unavailable, and customers may briefly be unable to access their portals.
This update includes additional work on our CloudSQL tier to resolve an issue that followed the August 16 maintenance. The changes are designed to strengthen the stability and performance of the Recharge platform.

We’ve scheduled the update during a low-traffic period and don’t anticipate more than a few minutes of disruption. Updates will be posted here on our status page, and our support team is available 24/7 should you have any questions.
